Welcome to Vilas Marrocha !

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Vilas Marrocha Website, located at vilasmarrocha.holidayfuture.com .

Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

You will be charged half the total amount of the booking if you cancel between 13 and 8 days before arrival.

Guests will be charged the full amount of the booking if they cancel within 7 days before arrival.

Extras:

Children up to the age of 3 do not pay for their stay using the cot available. This information must be sent at the time of booking.

Cots available for other conditions at extra cost.

Sofa bed available on request.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in from 4pm.

During opening hours: Reception

Outside opening hours: Key box

Check-out until 11am.

Check-out instructions: Leave your flat keys at Vilas Marrocha reception during opening hours. If it's outside opening hours, please contact reception to leave them in the "Key Boxes".

Cleaning services

Cleaning fee included in the price.

4/5 days: 1 intermediate cleaning with change of towels

7 days: 2 x intermediate cleanings with towel changes during the stay

10 days: 2 x intermediate cleanings with towel changes during the stay and an intermediate cleaning with change of sheets and towels

14 days: 2 x intermediate cleanings with changes of towels during the stay and 2 x intermediate cleanings with changes of sheets and towels.

Laundry service available, prices according to type.

House Rules

Pets are allowed in some houses. An extra pet cleaning fee of €20 will be apllied.

Parties/events are not permitted.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am.

Lost and Found

If any personal belongings have been forgotten or lost during your stay, you can contact Reception and they will be stored within 90 days.

It is possible to arrive via mail, by contacting Reception and providing the necessary data with shipping costs will be borne by the guest.
