Amazing location with sea and cliff views- a quiet, relaxing gem of a resort . Positive: The location is amazing...steps to a beautiful beach that is quiet with cliffs all around and the beautiful white church. On off season you have this beach all to yourself. The pool and restaurant are really nice and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly too, which was great. Our dogs loved it - there is so much grass, open space to walk them and tons of cliff trails walking distance from the resort. You are right next to the beautiful cliff walking path to Benagil. Negative: Since the houses are separately owned, some of them need painting and better upkeep and it would be nice if the pools were heated...maybe a pickle ball court?

This apartment was the most expensive of our holiday yet offered the poorest experience Positive: Although this property had a clean and comfy bed and was generally clean. However the property was in dire need of an upgrade with several broken doors. drawers and a shower that needed attention. Several basic self catering items were missing as well. Positive: Fabulous surroundings, really close to the beach, lovely pools, bar and friendly staff. Porches itself has loads of great restaurants. Comfortable apartment with everything I needed for my stay Negative: Nothing

Won’t stay again. Had to leave early. Positive: Location Negative: No air conditioning. Rude staff
